What this site is
Sutherland Shire Bathrooms connects Shire homeowners with a licensed builder for bathroom, ensuite and laundry renovations. You send the room details, a measure is arranged, and you receive a written quote from the business that would carry out the work.
We are not the builder ourselves, and we would rather say that plainly.
Who does the work
Renovation work is carried out in partnership with Coastal Renovation Group, a licensed NSW builder. Licence and insurance details are provided on your discovery call, or whenever you ask — and you can check the licence on the NSW Fair Trading register.
What we will not claim
Reviews. This is a new site. We have not invented a rating or testimonials.
Phone prices. Bathrooms cannot be priced properly without a measure.
Approvals. We will tell you when approval is likely needed; councils, certifiers and owners corporations decide.
Why the Shire
Because Shire homes follow patterns — post-war homes with small bathrooms and separate toilets, 1970s brick veneer, 1980s–90s two-storey houses with ensuites — and knowing those patterns makes for better advice and fewer surprises.
How a job runs
